Improve test results: remind examinees to drink plenty of water in the hour before their exam

Improve test results: remind examinees to drink plenty of water in the hour before their exam.

In the cooler weather, many persons don't drink ANY water. As gsr/eda counts on proper cell hydration for skin conductance, this can cause erratic tracings.

If needed for correction of erratic eda/gsr tracings during a test, an examinee can right then drink a few glasses of water, then likely will have better tracings after a 15-minute break.
