Client says they paid $250 to have this examiner come to their home. Late, she called to say she had car troubles. When she arrived, she said she had a flat tire. The man that drove her to the client's home stayed outside in a car.

Examiner had told them they could ask as many questions on the test as they wanted to. They had prepared 10.

Client waited outside. Examiner came outside after 15 minutes and said that client's spouse passed all questions.

Not a valid exam. An exam can use no more than 4 questions of importance, not 10, not unlimited. And 15 minutes is not enough time to do enough explaining and chart collection.

Same examiner: years of "I'm late-- car troubles" complaints, and years of 'no report' complaints and/or 'appeared confused or inexperienced' complaints.
