Potential client received a call back from an examiner he had called. He realized other examiners had already given the client quotes, so he started badmouthing of his competition. And he added that to 'get it done right', it would cost $3000 PER PERSON!

Background: that high-quoting examiner, in his 70s, actually had moved far away to a different county and is not actually in the city listed in his advertising.
