Complaint about a California polygraph examiner: after client suspects bribery, Examiner said his video recording system 'malfunctioned' and then burst out with an odd statement

Per Client: Client wanted to watch testing. Examiner said No, but offered that it would be recorded and that Client could watch it after the test was done. Client was made to leave the room, and had to wait on another floor of this office building.

Test completed more than an hour later. Results were not what client knew to be correct. Client asked to see the promised video tape. Examiner said the recording 'malfunctioned'. When Client looked into the eyes of Examiner, Examiner suddenly and shakily said "She didn't bribe me or do anything with me!".
