Art Gren provided polygraph tests for decades, based earlier in Reseda California and later in Bakersfield California. Always a gentleman.

Why doctors and polygraph examiners put the blood pressure cuff on the left arm instead of the right arm
Why doctors and polygraph examiners put the blood pressure cuff on the left arm instead of the right arm:
The left arm is closer to the heart than the right arm is. The systolic (upper number) BP will be higher on your left arm because of its proximity to the pumping ventricle of the heart. For this reason it is more representative of the pressure created by the heart as it pumps, which is why the left side is preferred.

Polygraph examiners discussing the Judge Kavanaugh accuser's polygraph test
Polygraph examiners discussing the Judge Cavanaugh accuser's polygraph test
-- blood pressure cuff, left arm vs right arm
-- location used
-- chair used
-- testing was three hours after funeral of Examinee's grandmother
-- she claims to have cried throughout the polygraph exam
--------- blood/adrenaline would have been a mess
--she claims that the polygraph guy only asked her two questions
--------- is 'only two questions' a problem with her memory or did the examiner not do a real test?
--neither of the questions specifically mentioned Kavanaugh or the alleged event
-- She said she didn't know who paid for the test
--used questions about her statement instead of asking questions directly such as "Did Kavanaugh push you on to a bed?"

Complaint about a California polygraph examiner: badmouths competitors; then offers a non-approved polygraph 'deal'
Complaint about a California polygraph: examiner badmouths competitors; then offers a non-approved polygraph 'deal' to caller

Recent past complaints: N
Examiner gender: M
Per client:
Potential client was calling around for prices to have her boyfriend tested for infidelity. Examiner badmouthed a specific examiner when she said was simply calling around price shopping right now. Then Examiner said "I will ask your boyfriend as many questions as you want on the polygraph, unlimited, in an hour an a half, for $600" (not an approved format; the accuracy would suffer).
Potential client telephoned the examiner badmouthed by this "$600 for unlimited' examiner.
Client chose to use the examiner that did no badmouthing.
Boyfriend failed on some questions, admitting to several of her questions including the cheating.
