Complaint about a California polygraph examiner-- she asked a customer to make a false negative Yelp complaint about services from another examiner that the client had never even been to!

Client called various examiners for exam prices. Test was needed for a lawsuit.
One examiner, well-known for badmouthing her competitors, got upset when she learned he was already likely to use a lower-price examiner than she was charging.
Client advises that she then tried to make a deal with him that included her instruction for him to immediately make a false Yelp negative complaint about services performed by the lower-price (but far more experienced) examiner-- even though client had never even been to the lower-priced examiner!
Client chose to not use the offensive examiner who asked him to lie to Yelp, saying he was notifying Yelp of her deceitful unprofessional instructions. He also wrote to the offended examiner, offering to be a witness if the unprofessional examiner was to be sued.
Note: Sadly, similar 'make phony Yelp complaints' have been reported about her in the past.

Client says they paid $250 to have this examiner come to their home. Late, she called to say she had car troubles. When she arrived, she said she had a flat tire. The man that drove her to the client's home stayed outside in a car.
Examiner had told them they could ask as many questions on the test as they wanted to. They had prepared 10.
Client waited outside. Examiner came outside after 15 minutes and said that client's spouse passed all questions.
Not a valid exam. An exam can use no more than 4 questions of importance, not 10, not unlimited. And 15 minutes is not enough time to do enough explaining and chart collection.
Same examiner: years of "I'm late-- car troubles" complaints, and years of 'no report' complaints and/or 'appeared confused or inexperienced' complaints.
