Complaint about a Hawaii polygraph examiner: Same as prior complaints, a person advertising polygraph testing in Hawaii advises caller that as Examiner is out of state, Client must first pay for a relationship session with a named counselor before Examiner will deal with him.

Complaint about a Hawaii polygraph examiner: Caller asks him for a price on an infidelity polygraph test. Undisclosed to caller, Examiner is not really in Hawaii. Examiner tells caller he must first pay for a session with a relationship counselor in HI who is affiliated with the examiner. NOTE: similar reports from prior year(s), same examiner.

All per client:

Client asked for a relationship-related exam. Examiner said only if you go see my relationship therapist first. Client does not have money to do both. Client only wants to know if person is lying or not about two specific Yes or No questions. Said it felt 'scammy', like Examiner was trying to get a little extra income for a therapist friend of his.
