Complaint about a Washington (state) polygraph examiner

Examiner gave information to potential client about 'polygraph pricing law' and about his 'polygraph license' that several other examiners next said was not true.

Recent past complaints: NO
Examiner gender: M
Summary per Client: Client called around for exam prices. One examiner who called back said "I am licensed by the State of Washing ton to administer polygraph examinations" and "It is against THE LAW for an examiner to charge less than $300".
---Washington does not license examiners.
