Complaint about a Florida polygraph examiner; client paid $600, test instead was an 'eye pupil change test' done inside Examiner's van!

Client had Googled 'Polygraph test in (his Florida city)'.
Client paid Examiner $600
Examiner's 'office' was a van-- and the test was of eye pupil change, not a true polygraph test.
Client says he learned that the Examiner's findings were false.
Unfortunately, nobody licenses or oversees 'eye lie-detection' examiners.

Examiner gender: M
Client says the examiner quoted $350 by telephone to test her husband, for a non-police sexual matter. Upon their arrival, she said the examiner said it would be $500 instead.
When done, she said the examiner said it looks like it might be a fail, causing her husband to cry and deny. She said the examiner looked again and said it might be inconclusive, but another test was needed to be sure-- and for the same fee. A new test was done, the examiner said Fail.
