California complaint about one lie-detection professional badmouthing another; client was hurt by it

Client searched the Internet for a lie-detection professional in her area, for a criminal court matter. She made an appointment with one that she spoke with, but he actually scheduled her for a 'voice stress test', not a polygraph test.
After some research, Client quickly cancelled the 'voice' test and instead chose to use the services of a regular polygrapher. When cancelled, the Voice guy learned which examiner 'took the job' from him, and he badmouthed that examiner.
Polygraph test was done, results obtained.
The badmouthing by the voice-stress guy caused the client undue worry, but the judge accepted the examiner's report, accepted the examiner as an Expert and let him testify, the examiner handled the cross-examination with ease, and the polygraph report was accepted as evidence.
Such 'sour grapes' only hurt the client, who is now very happy. Her attorney has since contacted the examiner with an additional assignment.

There is a person selling fake polygraph reports; they are easy to spot as phony!
A person reportedly in London is offering fake polygraph reports, orderable via Internet. They show the address of a Texas office building at the bottom, as well as a Google phone number. It is being sold through at least three different websites. Non-American spelling is viewed; non-profession terminology is used.

With no other facts listed a potential client assumed that was an examiner with decades of polygraph experience.
Further research revealed: the examiner has less than 5 years of POLYGRAPH experience.
PUBLIC TIP: hire only an examiner who includes two things on his website:
--years of POLYGRAPH EXPERIENCE
--number of persons the examiner has tested

The examiner falsely told the caller: "Examiners who test on weekends are are not as good as those who only test on weekdays. It won't be an accurate test if done on a weekend".
Client then spoke to several other examiners who advised that the 'weekdays only' examiner had lied to her. Several knew the examiner; they said he was retired with a pension from a gov agency and chooses to have weekends off as he did before retiring.

The 3 most common ways a polygraph examiner knows you very likely won't be getting an exam done!
There are many things a potential polygraph examiner might hear when you call; three are virtual guarantees that you will NOT be tested:
#3. "I (sob) need a (cry) polygraph exam (sob) done on myself ".
(Almost always a female, who has been wrongly accused of cheating by a male who likely is cheating himself)
#2. "I need a test RIGHT NOW tonight-- I can be there in minutes".
(Then the anger/issue relaxes, and polygraph is forgotten)
And the one that NEVER EVER becomes a test-
#1. "I don't care at all what it costs, price is no issue, I just want the best".
(Usually a male trying to bully or scare a female who is there in the room with him to confess to something)
