What a difference 10 years makes!
10 years ago: a large percentage of examiners refused to do relationship/fidelity/cheating exams.
Now: almost all examiners will do relationship/fidelity/cheating exams.
10 years ago: many examiners spent work hours gossiping and bad-mouthing competitors, instead of focusing on improving their own businesses.
Now: Post-recession, most of those gossipers are out of business, had to get regular employment. Those who had been improving their businesses ten years ago are now the surviving examiners, with more work than ever before.
10 years ago: Exam prices on average were higher than now.
Now: Exam prices on average are lower than ten years ago.
