Transparency is needed for any organization to be respected

Listing complaints about polygraph examiners is not easily found. Where several polygraph entities are known to hide or bury complaints, PEOA lists them as a learning tool for examiners nationwide, and as food for thought for the public.

Note that NO identifiers are listed, as no embarrasment or business loss is intended for particular examiners. And these complaints are only telling the client's side.

The public frequently thanks us for our transparency, also often asking for PEOA membership verification prior to hiring an examiner. Many are not hired due to being non-members.
