Client says the examiner quoted $350 by telephone to test her husband, for a non-police sexual matter. Upon their arrival, she said the examiner said it would be $500 instead.

When done, she said the examiner said it looks like it might be a fail, causing her husband to cry and deny. She said the examiner looked again and said it might be inconclusive, but another test was needed to be sure-- and for the same fee. A new test was done, the examiner said Fail.
