All per potential client, who needed himself tested:
Client telephoned the closest polygraph examiner to his home. He had a simple family issue he needed testing about.
Examiner quoted him a price of $425. But then she chose to start talking about a nearby examiner that was less expensive and she said (false) negative things about the competitor.
Client quickly called the other examiner, found him to be credible / more experienced / better priced, and had him do the testing later that day.
