Complaint about a California polygraph examiner: implied he had 30 years experience when client was interviewing examiners, he charged $500, tested her guy, said his initial results were 'Can't tell if he was lying because his test was everywhere'; then it was learned he wasn't very experienced and such 'cant tell' results are a joke . . . . And when it was over, he told the client that some of the test 'issues' may be because examiner chose not to use the client's name in the questions (he actually called her 'wife' instead of 'girlfriend' in the questions) -- and Examiner suggested that she have husband tested by another examiner-- but gave no refund!
Examiner was chosen primarily due to his (greatly exaggerated) polygraph experience level.
After getting the initial "Cant' tell if he was unfaithful" results, combined with proof client has of the infidelity, client learned: Examiner was a polygraph school student only about 4 1/2 years ago-- his '30 years' was as a deputy, NOT a polygraph examiner.
Besides grossly exaggerating his experience, examiner ruined the test results by not using the client's first name in the questions, yet no refund.
. . . and this wasn't the first time he has been caught for purposefully using trickery in his wording used for his greatly exaggerated experience-- another examiner has posted about the fake experience claim on his own website for the same city!
