Client called an examiner found on the Internet. Examiner first quoted $300, then immediately said $220 instead. Client made appointment. Minutes later, Client telephoned Examiner to delay the examination. Client says Examiner angrily said 'Jesus' and was not happy. Client immediately called another examiner.
