Per complainant:

Client believed that the testing was both inappropriate and inaccurate.

Client thought it was unprofessional that the testing was done in Examiner's home KITCHEN and not at an office.

Said examiner is elderly and discussed Examiner's past acupuncture with client's girlfriend, adding that "I wanted to rollover and have her put it on the head of my ++++ ".

Examiner would not use client's written questions; he instead changed them enough that they no longer asked what client wanted to know about. He wanted to know about any inappropriate  talk behind his back; Examiner changed it to having sex.

Examiner told client " I fucked up on one test so I started over. This thing's not working right. It doesn't work. It's not as good as my old analog".

When the couple was leaving, the elderly examiner said to client's girlfriend who was just tested:
"(Her name), if it doesn't work out, call me, you have my card".

Note: this examiner is known in the profession for saying that "All other examiners are charlatans".

From one of the past complaints about him:

By telephone, a long-time polygraph examiner told a caller who had inquired about prices to not use any other examiner, that all others are'charlatans' that are all pretenders and that only he gives a real test.

He said about one long-time competitor "(He) is an ex-cop who doesn't know what he's doing with a polygraph" (a long-time experienced examiner). About another, "(He) is in court 4 or 5 days a week, being sued by his clients" (another  long-time examiner, who has never been sued by a client).

The caller did not do business with the shit-talker. And educated clients do not hire (un)professionals who bad-mouth their competitors.
